    Please stop filling up the forums with rants and unnecessary complaints. 

     

    If they are valid issues, the forums are not going to help get (your lost ball back, or credits back etc etc)  

    Use the proper channel  members@wgt.com   Members@worldgolftour.com

     

    The forums are very good for tips and game help and such but when you expect to get something back from WGT themselves, the forums aren't going to help you much.

    Maybe so, but maybe,  just MAYBE,  there are those who don't know about that email address and will find out by reading this.

    the forum is a great place to let others see their not alone it will not get clogged and just dont read ALL the posts your choice

    I understand that completely,   but when the complaints are about nothing being done about what happened to a player and they didn't email wgt directly,  to others it looks like wgt isn't doing anything about it.

    here is one for wgt to prove that they do get things done,,,

    lost 4 balls same shot invisable tree wrote on forum about it found out it had happenend to other players ,

    had no proof other than replies on forum stating that it had happened to other players on same hole got in touch with customer service replaced my balls with better ones even though they dont usualy do this in these types of situations with no proof only my word so ty to  wgt also i would add that i have lost loads of balls in situations where i thought umpire was needed but you have to put it down to no game being perfect at the end of the day which is one reason i do not buy the more exspensive balls all the time maybe if i did my game would improve ...but it has got me to where i play a decent game of golf
