  Most golfers don't carry a complete set of irons, it would be a big improvement if WGT would enable a complete bag selection so that you chose how many irons, wedges and woods etc a player has to a max of 14 clubs.

  Amateurs maybe, but most pros DO carry a full set of 3i-PW.  WGT regulates that you carry a 3i-PW set, but that still leaves FIVE slots (plus a putter) that you can fill in however you want.  You could, for example, set up your bag to hold:

  + 1 Dr, 1 3W, 1 hybrid, 2 wedges

  + Driver, 3W, 3 wedges

  + 3W, Hybrid, 3 wedges

  and so on and so forth...........................

  the key sentence there is 'WGT regulates' it is not written in the rules of golf that this is so.

  i think we should be give the option to carry the clubs of our choice.
