  So, I'm truckin along getting hooked on this game etc... now suddenly I try to play and I can't see my meter. It's like below the game screen where I can just barely see the top of it. So, obviously I can't play and it's driving me nuts.

  I right clicked and hit show all... nothing

  minimize/maximize.... nothing

  Can't hit the full screen button on bottom right for obvious reasons....

  Any suggestions ?

  I think you have to change the screen resolution in your computer settings. Also, you can try moving the toolbar out of the way - right click>properties.

  you could also try right clicking on the game screen and select zoom out a few times.
