  need help

  have a friend with a problem. his profile page comes up but the box on the left does not. can't log in or hit play now. box does not load. cleaned flash player and cookies. tried firefox. still would not load. any ideas

   

   

  I was checking out players on the top of a leaderboard when I came across this blog post.  Without really thinking about it I started this thread.  I knew I couldn't help directly so I figured this was the next best thing. Below is who posted it, I'll go link this on his page to let him know where to find it.  Thanks.

  It sounds like his flash player is not working. He should uninstall it then reinstall flash and that might fix his problem.

  i would try clearing cookie and temp files for flash/browser first. then try different browsers and only then reinstall flash.
