i have a question. when is there tournaments to play in the "play in a virtual usga tournament" and when i look in it, it always says there are none available at this time.

The zone is designed for US Open courses. Each year, there will be at least 1 additional course :)
Qualifier generally starts in early May with final rounds completed in June.
