I have not had any credits posted to my total in the last 3 days, though I have earned @ 2500-2600. Who can I communicate with to get these credited to my account? I love the game, but can't upgrade without credits earned!!

i click the toluna surveys option to earn free credits and have been doing their surveys for over a week now but still haven;t received the credits ,why and who do i contact
