So many times have I seen a competition or tournament where the wind conditions are totally different from one moment to the next, and therefore it allows one to abort.
Shouldn't be allowed and it wouldn't take WGT more than a couple of lines of programming to prevent it.
In other words , even in unlimited stuff, once you start then you must finish.
If you don't then some kind of penalty should be applied.
