  Hi WGT

  I recently sent an email to WGT, well not recently, it was on Jan 30th, 2012.  I have yet to receive a response.  The case number assigned to the email was 00112355.  What is the normal response time for members sending emails to WGT.

  Could I have someone from WGT replying to the post, please and thank you.

  We strive to reply within a reasonable time, but we have been getting a lot of questions lately so we are a bit back logged.  Thanks for your patience.  Your question is not a simple one.
