That is because you started those tournaments as a Pro, so you must forgo the master clubs for any tourney you signed up for while still a Pro. This prevents people from gaining a promotion first and then going back to old tournaments to play off the white tees with master clubs.
Any future tournaments you play you will be entered in the Master Tier and will be allowed to use your Master equipment.
