    If one are more of the moving balls on the green, does not touch ( It disappears ) the  ball line from you to the hole , does it still affect the break

    No. I know exactly what you're talking about, too, because there are places where you'll actually be at the base of a slope and if you don't pay attention you will be aiming for a break that isn't there.

    The green on hole three at Kiawah has a putt like that. It looks like the putt is going to break right to left pretty good, but in fact it's a straight putt with the putting beads aligning straight 90 degrees from the ball to the cup, usually on a five to six foot putt. Sometimes it's a good idea to keep some speed on these types of reads or the ball may ride-off the putting line. Just in my experience.
