Lately I have been clearing my internet and flash cache prior to starting a tournament. Especially if there is a change in green speed. Wind strength is unaffected and during tournament play, and is as specified for that particular tournament.
Players as well as WGT say not to clear the cache as you will achieve smoother game play as a result. I agree, I have notice the same results. But the green speed is another factor. I should not have to clear my cache, only when there is an update.
