It's a part of the game.
1. Clearing cache can do wonders. But even after every round, the demon won't be vanquished.
2. Don't swing at the first pitch: This advice means, let the swing go through without a click. This allows you to see whether stutters are a potential problem at the given moment. Doesn't mean they won't be on the next, but at least an indication.
3. See a stutter? The normal response is to stab blindly at the left mouse button. Worst possible response. If you see even a flicker, let the shot pass through, resulting in a whiff and a second chance. Already clicked down? Don't let up, you should get a whiff regardless.
