Watching videos doesn't work on Firefox (the videos simply don't load)
Can this be fixed? Or is there a fix?

Change to Chrome. Job sorted.
I use Firefox and have no problem in the videos loading. I do have a problem with views not being given though, although I'm pretty certain that's not a Firefox issue.
I use FF and have done since it started and never had a problem with any of the videos loading.
Sometimes the 'Award my views' button is still greyed out after watching a vid, but no other problems.
Both Firefox and Chrome work for me as well...at least to view the videos. Now getting credit for the non-carousel videos is another story in itself lol. Watched both non carousel videos today and got nada after spending 3-4 minutes watching them. Some days are just like that though I've learned.
Hi I also use firefox and the videos load ok but rarely get paid for them. The carousel videos work and pay for me 100% of the time.
