Just a quick question folks, if you buy stuff from the pro shop, will wgt refund your credits and take away the stuff that you bought if you are not 100% happy with it or is that not possible.

    Cheers, Lanyo ;)

No, but you have the option to rent an item/s except balls. You can rent for a day and then decide, but seriously a day is not long enough to evaluate anything other than a cheese and pickle sandwich, and only then for its possible gaseous content.

Another option is to ask other players in game or here in the forums about any piece of equipment you are looking at. Naturally you will get diverse replies but there will be a recognisable undercurrent vibe you will be able to see, and you can make a judgement call after that.

Rather more radically you can just go ahead and buy whatever it is you want, and make a fist of it until you get used to it, which is what all the rest amount to in the end anyway.

So no, no refunds unless a club head flies off at some point, and then you need to screenshot it and send the evidence to wgt and post it here too, because I would love to see that.

    Good luck,

    Lizzie xx

    Cheers for the response Lizzie.

I'm happy with my stuff, was more out of curiosity than anything :)

    As always, Lizzie is right...

ALSO... it says this right above the purchase button...

    WGT Pro Shop:
All purchases are not refundable or exchangeable. The depicted properties and attributes of the items only approximate their performance and may be modified. By continuing you confirm that you are 13 or older and have only one WGT account.
