When trying to play in CC tournaments with an entry fee and purse, I get this message:
"You have not provided a country of residence. Click here to update your eligibility."
So I "click here to update my eligibility" and I get this:
"Your date of birth has been accepted and you are now eligible to play in most WGT Tournaments."
Yet when I go back to try and enter the tournament, I get the same messages over again. I've checked my profile and all of the pertinent information is there except I don't see a place to put my birthday (which I don't think is the issue). Can anyone help?
