It is not actually a fade or a draw in this game.  It is a right or left

mishit.  However, I use the right or left mishit all the time, and it works

well.  You lose a couple yards, but your forgiveness stat on the club

helps the more stars your club has on the forgiveness rating.

You shouldn't lose any more than 5% of your total distance.

I was wondering about this myself.

You can figure out exactly how much distance you lose by doing it. Shouldn't take nearly as long as waiting for others to respond to your question....

Sorta, kinda. IMO it works more as a fade or draw than people think.

BPB #2 drive. Draw it around the tree by aiming straight.

BPB #7 approach if your drive is stuck behind the giant tree at the corner. You can aim way left and miss way right. The ball will fade back onto the fairway or green.

CCC #4 aim towards the right rough and draw the ball back into the fairway. This is to miss the tree right in front of the tee box. (back tees)

The ball actually does curve in the way it is mishit.

IMO, from the Master's tees, not enough to make it worth making a part of your game. You'll get yourself in more trouble than you need to.

DS pointed out a way to use it on certain holes but it takes practice to get it right. In certain wind conditions, like a strong tailwind off to the side, over aiming against the wind and then missing with the wind on the swing can get you some good carry. Fun to try and do once in a while but not really good to get in the habit of doing.

Yep, these are the only 2 holes I ever use draw/fade on (from TM tees). And yes, it does curve
