The quickest way (assuming you're not using XP boosts) is to play Ranked Stroke Play rounds. Usually 200XP for 9 holes and 450 for 18 holes plus hit bonus, days played, awards, promotions, etc.
Similar to the above but make them tournament rounds. You get a few more XP points for tournaments.

You are Level 80 and have been here for 2 years! Don't ask questions you already know the answers to.
Most effective is the consecutive day bonus - 880 per day after a few days to start. It gave me 87000 of my 280000 XPs. You'll get it after playing one hole in the Community / Golf Courses section already.
The least effective seems to be CTTH games - meager 14 points.
