  I am a member of the Senior Citizens Country Club. I have been trying to enter the club tournaments  but when I get to the stage to agree terms and conditions there isn't a check box so I can't check to agree terms etc. If I click near it ,it gives me the full terms etc then if I click the CONFIRM Box  It says Iv'e got to agree terms etc. What can I do?.

  Try entering them from the Country Club Tournaments tab in the game screen. I don't recall ever being asked to confirm an entry there.
