when i try to sign up for a club based tournament (premium) it tells me "Your country or state of residence does not qualify you to play in this tournament. i live in Illinois and belong to the "Chicago Region Country Club". Why cant i play???

Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Maryland, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee and Vermont don't allow it.
