Please forgive a dumb question guys, but I'm a new player and there is something I'm missing. I can see that Pebble Beach is there, but it won't let me play it. So what's the deal with Pebble Beach? Can you only play it after reaching a certain tier or something? Any help would be appreciated...

we had cttp for a short time a while back but it's gone for now.
since we already had shots, we made the framework for whenever we be able to get it back in.
right now, it's not available.
