Moments ago I had to write customer assistance because I did not get the Level Boost I just bought. Since oiling a few weeks ago I have had to contact them several other times. I have yet to get even one response back. Are they READING this stuff or is this like so many other online sites where you ask for customer help and NEVER hear back? If so, then who needs another game. I am really P.O.'d!
