    I have been at master tier for awhile now and I notice that there people at tour master even though they have a higher average than me, lower level and fewer ranked rounds.  So, I'm curious  - what does it take to get promoted to tour master?  Thanks.

    yer bout there..keep shootin low 30"s... they got their avg to 63 as piz points out... then their avg went back up AFTER they made tour master.. (avg resets when u tier up) .
