    Apologies in advance, if this has been asked before.

    Can someone confirm whether the wind conditions in a single play tournament are EXACTLY the same for each player taking part?

    I know multi-play is random, but was wondering whether SP is random as well......

    No, everybody gets a different set of winds. Right or wrong, that's the way it is.
