You won't see a low number like 65 and below that is not a master. But you can see a higher number who is a master. All it means is that golfer, at one time, got his/her average low enough to qualify for master. But once they reached that harder level(longer courses) their average began climbing back up. Once designated a master you cannot return to being a pro. So, in theory you could have a master averaging over 100!
