This coming Saturday mIRC announces its next tourney!
The format to be played is a 2 man alternate hole format. The rules of play are very simple.... This will be a stroke play event. 2 players on each team. Players will be labeled as "A" and "B"
Scores are counted on alternate holes .. On the front 9 ... player A score counts for 5 ODD holes ... Player B score counts for 4 EVEN holes.
On the back 9 ... player A score counts for 5 EVEN holes ... Player B score counts for 4 ODD holes.
Keep in mind that the players score corresponding to each particular hole number MUST be taken.
The tournament will consist of three 9 hole rounds. The rotation of the player letter will shift each round. The team with the lowest 27 hole cumulative hole score will be our winners.
Team pairings will be decided by myself in the mIRC channel. Round speculations will be posted in the channel 15minutes prior to tee time.
If you are interested in playing and everyone is invited to do so, then please be logged into the channel AT LEAST 20 minutes prior to tee time. Once again tee time is 8:30 EST time. That's 7:30 central time and 5:30 west coast time.
