  hey guys/gals,

  we are still trying to locate these,. can I ask that if this happens again, to take a screenshot and post it here so that our engineers can see exactly how it looks?

  come on wgt if it happens again its on permanently all ads that come on when loading game freeze the screen and the only option ts come off line i have been trying since 8am this morning it is now 10 30 pm uk time and have tried everything possible it has got to be your fault after your update for maintenance yesterday its on tho 100%it should say ad finishes in so many seconds but it dosnt so it just sits there annoyingly hurry up and repair i am getting withdrawl symptoms!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Hi there. I'm having the same problem as the other guys on here, the screen keeps on freezing!!!!!!

  It doesn't matter which course you want to play on, it doesn't matter which ad appears and it DOESN'T matter what I try to do on my laptop - NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  C'mon guys, the problem is at your end, don't ask for screenshots - enter yourselves and try and play a game - it's that simple!!

  Why not remove all these annoying ads once and for all?

  If the problem continues, I'm sure the tournaments with a deadline to complete will be over and many of us will be royally pissed off!

  Please fix it ASAP, please.

  The video was playing but the loading stop at 100%. I need to close the window and try again 1-3 time for can go into the game.

  about 10 - 15 times very frustrating
