  Might also try going to Add/Remove programs within Control Panel (XP) and uninstalling Flash Player. Reboot the computer (probably not necessary but won't hurt) and then reinstall the lastest and greatest version from Adobe.

  If you are using Vista, it can be remove under "Programs and Features" within Control Panel.

  If you have already done this...nevah mind.

  Hognutz, what browser are you using and how exactly did you clear its cache?

  (There are ways to fail to clear the cache properly.)

  Also, have you tried launching the game in the Chrome browser as was recommended to you?

  I would try to reset your browser to original settings.  Reset the browser entirely.  This used to happen to me when using Explorer.  

   

  Go to Internet Options

  Advanced options

  Reset

  I hope that works.

  ok i just try and sign in again it says problem with the site try later and also says there is a problem with my internet connection try again why can i do everything but log on this is crazy

  i signed in on my wifes internet explorer and it worked mine must be messed up

  LOL-No kidding. It can be fixed and is probably something very simple. I'm still wondering what browser you're using and if you tried Chrome.

  Yes, Hognutz, I believe that your browser's cache has not been properly cleared yet. If you let us know what browser you are using, we could give you step-by-step instructions on how to clear its cache properly. (In some browsers, only a section of the cache is cleared by default.)

  Also, you really might want to give Chrome a try. Many players here say that Chrome works best for this game. It's just a few clicks to install Chrome & launch the game in it. Why not try it?
