  A sniper, all I can say. Hitting a 10 cm target at 244 yards, with wind and all, definetely requires sniper experience...impressive shot indeed. So welcome billhorseman of the P.R.C. (although, from his trousers, I'd say he is a Briton). On the 13th of March  bill holed a 244 yard shot on BB#13 to become our distinguished Permanent Member no. 51.
