Yeah, I don't really see how ANYBODY can be accurate enough on 18 holes to shoot 20 and 21 under.....I just don't see it.

You have a few hundred ranked rounds,  most of these low scores are posted by players with a thousands of ranked rounds.

    In short...... "that's how".

+1 and not only the amount of ranked rounds course management is the key.

How many of you hit a driver off of  every par 4 or 5?

#2 @ Bethpage for Legends is famous for grabbing your tee shot in the trees using a driver, why continue using it. I who has come a long way in this game has found for my style of play the R11 3 wood and a good approach saves at least par instead of being in the dang woods.

Lost my train of thought, granny's recipe kicking in.

All in all course management is key either here or in real life.

It seems this game is too easy with enough practice and top equipment and Im lacking of both LOL

The super low scores are really just posted by less then 0.5% of the population, they have practiced a lot.

    It's way more than that.

Play with some of the best here (go ahead and ask them....they don't bite) and you'll find places to land the ball to put it next to the hole you never dreamed of.

If you're the type of person who want's to it on your own then take note of a mishit where it lands and why it wound up 3 feet fro the hole.

Yes, reflexes are key...but a ding means nothing if you don't know where to land a ball.

    just wonder, what is a super low score? 57? 55? 53? 50?

Its more like practice with meter tape, which cuts a players skill level in half. Some players can dial-in their tape, and some players who use tape still struggle with putting speed.

No one can be consistent daily with all the variables this game has without using something as a point of reference. Hundreds of rounds is all it takes to make anyone a great player using meter tape. Just practice a lot.

WGT should just make the meter different for everyone equally. This will make meter tape obsolete. Maybe the ding point can be randomly changed. Changing the way the meter operates in some way will increase the difficulty of this game. Its not practical to change the clubs or balls.

I have watched lots of Deviation film. I have not asked like Bollox or anyone like that because I have not played MP or any group in a while. I had gotten embarracing 'game-ending" errors & I mostley just do the single play.

Thanks for the thoughts inre/ to the 5%/ the best players. A big stumbling block for me is the putting. I should prolly use the Yancy meter tape lol. But I guess I like to just see if I can 'ingrain' the meter into my brain (or what's left of it) & do well through rote memory.

Its not workin that well for me. lol So I find I'm gettin more mathimatical idk.

I see SCK the U.S. open Champ uses the Daytona putter. I think its time(way overdue) for me to start to LEARN this better Daytona putter. Take my Spider & sell it so I won't be tempted to revert back to it.
