Firstly i would like to congratulate Rob and Aaron on thier win over Ant and myself yesterday.
There has been a mention about the meter lagged putt etc but i have been on wgt long enough to know its part and parcel of the game and it happens to the best of players sometime,unfortunately for me it happened at that momment.
However having cooled down and looking back over the match i feel i need to mention that the shot Aaron played on hole 8 was outstanding,we had an 18 mph right to left crosswind on the short pin and Aaron played it to 4.5 feet to set up a fine bird and win,the shot of the match in my opinion, and even if i had the smoothest meter in the world it was a tough shot to follow,great shot Aaron.
Finally i would like to mention the game was played in the spirit it should have been competitive,courtious and fun and my hats off to you guys for that well played.To Ant my partner unlucky mate lets get out and do more practice theres still games to play and win.
