Has anyone heard the phrase:  "Let it go".  I'm sick of reading this crap while trying to follow the Ryder Cup.  Take it outside like a 3rd grader would ... please for the love of God and the rest of us who are sick of reading about some school yard fight.  I'm 44 f-ing years old and my 7 year old acts better than this.

    PLEASE!

    "ALTERNATE HOLE BolloxinBruges/Werksux  vs.  AvatarLee/Infinito3010 DRAW "

From the front page Seve, BB & I won this one +1 after 9th hole.

That idiot Charlemagne wasn't even there for the match, not sure how deep he reached into his nether region to find the drivel he posted.

Here's the recap as best I can remember it:

#1 Bollie & Lee both made their 6' birdies on 1.

#2 Myself & Infinito both made the difficult green in 2, Inf at 4yds, self at 2 yds.  Infinito BARELY missed his birdie putt & I barely made my hanging onto the right edge of the cup.

#3 BB & Lee both had slight mishits on approaches BB left of the hole, Lee short of the hole.  Both players saved par and pushed the hole.

#4 Once again Inf & myself both had nice approaches, Inf at 2 yds and self at 4 yds.  I left mine a few inches short & Inf tried to power through the break and just missed top edge of the cup, hole halved with pars.

#5 BB's gutsy approach punching a 3w from the fairway found the rough on the left side of the green leaving him with a tricky 3rd shot, almost impossible to stop with a tailwind.  Lee's approach found the green & left 89' long with a shot eagle.  Just as he suspected BB's escape from the rough did run long leaving him 30' past the hole for birdie.  Lee lagged an absolute beaty of a putt from 89 that left 2.9' short of the hole for a tap in birdie, which he obviously made. *CLUTCH PLAY ALERT* Knowing his opponent only needed a tap in, BB quit screwing around and made that 30 footer look routine & drained it to halve the hole.

#6 Inf & I both had a tricky wind for the appraoch 18 mph quartering from 2:30- 7:30, didn't take off quite the distance we expected.  Both players missed 19' long and slightly right of the hole.  Fortunately for the US I made my 19' birdie.  Infinito's seemed like it was in slow motion as it tracked the hole the entire until the last split second it tailed off and barely missed left from the same distance.

USA was up 2 going into 7 and Lee hit a well timed hole out for eagle from 106 out to take #7.

Myself and Infinito both stiffed our tee shots to 2 yds on #8 with both us making our birdies.

Lee approached 3 yds long & drained his putt, BB approached 1 yd right of the hole & drained his to halve the hole.  #9 came to and end with the US still +1 to take the match.

Lee and Infinito both played a great match & it was literally a few inches here and there that cost them the match.  Needless to say what was a comfortable lead going into 7 was immediately cut in half with an eagle from the fairway by Lee.  Well played guys, look forward to the next round!
