I'd like to ask for an extension on the fourball matches as the remaining matches are very important to both team. We all know how difficult it is to get 4 players together at a suitable time and everyone is trying their best to get it completed so we can move on to the single matches.
I don't agree with the idea of break the fourball match in to a 2 by 2 games to get the game done quicker, you're losing the whole point of a fourball match all together then ! In alternate hole it's viable because the format allows the split up and retain similar conditions and feel to the proper match, but to try the same thing in a fourball it's just totally WRONG !
I don't see why time is such an issue as we all know how quickly the single matches can be done. Last year everyone was patient enough to wait out 2-3 weeks for some of the slow matches so there's absolutely no reason why we can't take a little more time this year. Our team is working on completing 3 matches by the end of this week so there's only 1 1/2 matches to be done and I can see it's going to take too much time for that !
