We're going to start hosting monthly Hangouts with MisterWGT himself, for live Q&A sessions... We'll make sure to announce them so you know when and where to log on.

I would like to ask about these 'monthly hangouts'.  I know you probably haven't finalised details yet, but how is it going to be done?  IRC chat room, another chat room, Skype chat, Skype call, etc, etc?  Also, is it going to be a free-for-all where everyone can attend?  If so, I can see that being rather a shambles with millions of questions being thrown at one poor bloke!  Might I suggest maybe limit it to 10 people.  Announce a couple of days in advance when you will have it and ask members to post if they would like to be involved.  First 10 names to reply should get invited and 3 reserves just in case any of the original 10 can't make it.  Then for future ones, none of those who attended any of the previous ones can attend.  That way you will get views from a lot more members and can collate the info from all sessions and you can prioritise what happens in the future.  In time (say after 5 or 10 sessions), those who have already attended one can be re-invited to attend another.

Right, we're still finalizing the logistics of Hangouts but we'll let you know as soon as we have a date, time and platform for them. I imagine the first one, maybe even the first few, won't be perfect and it might take us those few to really get a good system nailed down. The plan though is for it to be an open discussion for any (and as many are interested) of our community members to join, and get as many questions answered as possible. Keep in mind, this will become a regular occurrence so potentially if you have a question that doesn't get answered in one session, just join the next one to try again. In the meantime, we're always here in the forum!

Good Question JIM....   Normal Tournament speed and slower Tournament speed and we don't know which one it is until we hit the green.

Thanks for trying to answer the question but we know that. The question is why are they called the same thing? Why do we not know until we actually putt on them which speed we're putting on?

Sorry about that gentlemen, I'm not quite sure why they don't have distinctive names but I'll make sure to pass on this feedback to the team on that we can improve on it in the future.
