As the conditions will vary during each round, screenshots are needed to show that the correct playing conditions have been set as otherwise it would be detrimental to the integrity of the tour (the varying conditions will be wind speed, green speed and mandatory equipment).
This should be done on last green Jim?

Yes Tess; one player from the group will need the screenshot on the final green in a standard tournament and all players will need to take one if there is an equipment restriction.

In the unlikely event that all players chipped in / holed out from off the final green, an exception would be put in place for that group of players from having to post the green shot. We'd expect this to be incredibly unlikely to occur so at least one shot should be taken to verify the conditions of that particular round.

Firstly, thanks Amy for the donation to the prize fund ;)

In response to your question Tess, there will be a few tournaments that will have a specific equipment restriction for all players. Most tournaments will be played using normal kit but we thought it'd test all the players slightly more than usual if a few of the tour events limited you to certain items.

    Hi Daskino,

I'll be brief: I learned how to send a scorecard, and Greenshot. Can I open all links (a list of players, tournaments, sponsors, etc.) but can not open the tournament rules. What I learned, thanks to the fact that I follow daily forum. I'm not sure where I'll send scorcard and Greenshot and where to find the link for the tournament. Reporting and follow other players, there are Misunderstandings about the time zone. I wrote GMT +2 (see http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/), but I see that the players from Germany, Italy wrote GMT +1 (such as Serbia)! Since the summer London +1 relative to UTC (UTC is Coordinated Universal Time), and if you took it as a parameter, then I: GMT +1!

Please do this in my data corrected and apologize for the misunderstanding!

    Best regards, Zoltan, General7

Everyone should have received wall posts with an update about the Tour (apologies if anyone was missed). Please bear in mind that the start date of the tour will now be Saturday 30th June 2012. I will be aiming to get a post up at around 10-11am GMT with the R1 & R2 conditions. This will be posted on page 1 of this thread (first post) and also on this page.

Please ensure you know the correct playing conditions before starting and remember that you must partner with at least one other WGF Tour player. There will be a tournament leaderboard link posted as well as a score submission link for this event. Once you've finished your round, remember to post your score using the link, then post your scorecard / greenshot in this thread.

W1 = The Memorial Tournament; there will be no equipment restrictions for this event so only one player from your group will need to post a screenshot from the final green. I would advise all players taking a screenshot of the green - NEVER assume that your playing partner has taken the required screenshot.

Thanks Zoltan; firstly is anyone else having issues viewing the rules? This is a shared document so there shouldn't be any issues opening it.

As stated in my last post, scorecard / greenshot gets posted in this thread once you've finished your round. The only other thing you need to do at the end of the round is submit your own score using the link which will be provided on Saturday.

Re your timezone; don't worry too much about this. It's pretty close to being accurate and I'll change it over the next few days.
