  Firstly, Jim - incredible job to you and the "staff" putting this together.  My CC is at the tail end of a 12 week "Summer Tour" that mixed 18 hole, 9 hole, CTTH and multi-round tournaments and that was "fun" enough to manage :)

  Maybe I'm completely missing something somewhere in the thread or in the forums, but do I understand correctly that course and conditions are going to be announced on a weekly basis?  Is that going to be in this forum post or in a separate post?  Thanks...

  Zoltan; you should've received the rules in a direct email sent from my gmail account.

  pUGfANmn; course conditions for R1 & R2 will be released this Saturday and will be posted on the first post of this thread (at the top so it can't be missed). It'll also be posted in a post at the current end of the thread as well. R3 conditions get posted on a Thursday so that all players can get their rounds completed by Sunday. This will continue forward in the same format for the duration of the tour. Everything will be posted in this thread as it becomes too difficult to track between different places.

  Thanks to any further kind words of support. I look forward to getting the opportunity to go around with a few different players during the tour and would encourage everyone to try to find new people to around with as the social aspect if a major part of what makes this type of tour such a success.

  To remind everyone on this point, please can all players remember that you must play R1 and R2 with different partners (unless you are in a 3/4 ball with the same person for one of those rounds).

  This will be a great place for you to meet new players and play with them.  As posted in the front page if you are looking for a match, there is an IRC room set up for such.
