Tour Managers , Sjon10 & I just finished round 2. We both hit our 1st shots on #10 before Sjon realized he was playing with starter balls. After both of us taking 1st violations for timing out, we hit our approaches on to green. After asking first in the chatroom, we decided to take the chance & restart so he could equip himself properly. I realize there is a strict rule regarding "restarts" and will accept whatever penalty be deemed necessary. I've included 2 screenshots showing him with starters and then with his ball of choice.

I'll allow this as a one off mistake; any further errors will carry a one shot penalty however. Please can all players ensure they start the round with the correct equipment in place.

Thanks for the game Tom, really stoked me to see you use the cartpath on hole 5, i went for it on 9, both of our high risk strategies failed us. LOL. Strong finish buddy!
