I am a relatively new TM and posting high rounds does move my average upwards. I think that will not happen any more after I get 50 ranked rounds, but I'm still a little short of that right now. I'll probably be there within a week.

I agree, not everyone is quiting intensionally. I have been booted out of games, by what-ever crashed. And i have seen it alot, if something comes up and a player has to go, they just excuse themselve out of the game with an apoligy.
