.. What a bloody disgrace how down here in Australia we dont get any live British Open, and now we find that we have no US Open on free to air tv...

Those like my self who backed this current Government, who btw guaranteed us that Top Sport would be shown on free to air tv when they introduced pay tv, have shown yet again that guarantees are very much paper thin no matter how much we want to believe them.. .. but hey, whats another broken promise.....
.. The Honorable Stephen Conroy made this pledge a few years back, and I just wonder how much this Senator was paid off by the pay tv backers, Foxtel..???
.. You would have to be an idiot to take these people for their word, but I did feel slightly confident when he made this statement, seeing how this Government is for the battlers,,, but alas money speaks louder than words, again.. ..
