why does it need to be so tacky?
what about some nice black pants, navy blue shirt and a black sweater vest with black hat.
or black pants, sunday red shirt and a black sweater vest with black hat.
or black and fowler orange with orange hat?
it doesn't all have to be 70s disco/pimp looks,
some of us like the more toned down look.
the lexus avatar for example, is a great avatar,
great shirt color that goes well with the white hat,
I myself don't fancy the brown pants, would preffer black or even white,
but the looks is very nice.
and speaking of free sponsored avatars,
why not get the big names to have free promotional avatars?
we want more promotional FREE avatars :)
BTW, how about some sabatini cowboy hat avatars?
also, sometimes small details makes all the difference,
take for example a plain black shirt, and add red lines at the bottom of the sleeve,
or have a nice monogrammed sport jackets, you get the point.
plus, not everyone is a fan of facebook,
so I don't think voting should be exclusive to anywhere other than this site, just MO.
All things aside, I think it's great to see this type of involvement, it's really a breath of fresh air
