Before the USGA used to contact us directly. Is there a reason for the change.
was the same last year, they used survey monkey to gather the information.

It was British Open championship last year, and if I remember correctly, shortly there-after some of the paypal accounts were compromised.

I believe you, my point was its not the first time they used survey monkey.
If I didn't receive my email or deleted it by accident where can I go to claim my prize???

Since we get a USGA membership, what is our login to the USGA site? Our WGT info?
And I haven't heard back from anyone...I got the email and the link and all that and filled out the form but no confirmation email...is there a confirmation email or do I need to re fill out the form?
