I've made a slight adjustment to rule 8 (playing two rounds with the same partner). I've had a number of people requesting the option to play both rounds with the same person when their time is limited to get both rounds played.
I appreciate this situation does happen on occasions but it certainly shouldn't be necessary each week. I've therefore relaxed the rule to allow the first transgression of rule 8 to lead to a warning but for the score of the second round played to still be counted. A second transgression of rule 8 in the next five rounds would still see a DNF being issued.
I hope this'll give individuals a little more flexibility when you need it but will still allow the system to be fair to all Tour players.
