    patricp:

been out of town all week, and today is the first chance I have had to get the rounds in.  Need both 1 & 2.  In IRC if anyone can mark for me

Patric; being realistic, time wise, it's going to be near impossible to get your games played. There's only about 20 minutes to go until the close of play for R1 / R2. Hope you've managed to get started in time but worse case scenario, W4 will be underway on Saturday.

    Round 3 Cut

    The Masters

The first major of the season has seen a very competitive field bunch closely with the cut coming at -6 after the first two rounds.

Bawbag1874 leads the was with an excellent 57 over two of the toughest nines in WGT. JCOlson finally appears at the top of the table being only one shot off the pace. His surprisingly slow start to the tour has definitely not been followed by LuisCraveiro who sits joint second, backing up his excellent start to the season.

Fourteen players are then bunched on -10 and -11 meaning that the final round is sure to be competitive until the last pair have played. A huge well done goes out to Cazza and Saltiresfan for being the first non-legends to qualify for the 3rd round of a WGF Tour event.

    Round 3 Conditions

    Course = Olympic Full 18

    Ranked round

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    End of R3 = Monday 23rd July 2012 at 12pm GMT

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bear in mind that this round is played over 18 holes and will therefore take double the amount of time. Take this into account when arranging your playing time. Please use the link below to find your designated partner. Try to make all attempts to play with this individual but if it's not possible use the following method:

    - use one of the ten R3 Markers (named in first post); markers are to remember that their first round counts as their R3 score

    - if not possible, use a WGF Tour player who you have not partnered with during R1 and R2

    - please always update your designated partner if you do use a marker

The Masters - Round 3 Pairings

    The Masters - Current Leaderboard

WGF Score Submission - The Masters

If a disconnection happens on the B9, please resume using the B9 of the course. Aim to at least take a scorecard on the 9th so that you have a record at this point in your round.

I forgot to post this before but:

    CONGRATS TO GEORDIELES!!!!!

He became the first WGF Tour player to make a HIO or double eagle this season. He takes the 750 credit prize which has built up over the first three weeks.

W4 will revert to 250 credits for a HIO / double eagle.

Guess i was a tad too late with the Hole in One Jim,,We both were leaving many putts out there from the usual birdie range 8 - 12 feet,Pbs putts were tricky. mine were fairly easy and i was getting frustrated,Then i got a huge slice of luck on the par 3( hit right distance though) when a slight late hit kicked off fringe into the cup,,Nice round with a fantastic opponent,
