Hello my friends. This is the Midichlorian Manipulator himself. Welcoming you all to another Yodacast. Unfortunately, tonight this will be a much shorter one as it's past 2am here in the swamps of Degobah and I'm just fricken old, and need my rest. But without delay let's take a quick look back at today's action around the Tour.

Baabaaboom finished up his first two rounds today as he completed the first round. He played alongside Abishek89. Mr. Boom got things off to a bang as he birdied the first 5 holes at Olympic!! He ended up with a impressive 28 for the round and is currently in sole possession of 2nd place with a -12 for both rounds. Meanwhile Abishek89 had two very nice rounds today for himself. He posted a 30 on Olympic and a 32 on St. Andrews. Giving him a two round total of -8. Will that be enough to make the cut? Only time will tell.

There was some controversy on the course today. Demcug and Covenant both got together to play their first round at Olympic. Things seemed to be going good till the 4th hole when Covenant walked off the course and left Demcug high and dry. I tried to catch up with Covenant for a word on what happened, but got nothing from him. No word on whether penalties and or suspensions will be handed down. As far as Demcug goes, he is still looking to finish his round. He can be found on the 4th hole wandering in circles waiting for someone to come to his rescue.

And really that's about it folks. Not a whole lot of action going on today. Not a lot of comments by anybody. Players were just coming out, playing, then leaving. There were some frustrated players that don't like the Rio Tinto sponsored WGT clubs. Wullie123 comes to mind. He shot even par for his second round and afterwards he had this to say, "what a crap round worst ive had for a while sad and want my irons back". So the players don't really seem to like the irons.

And finally still no word on Kurstbuford and Preistess. Some reports have them being arrested last night, while other reports have them leaving the bar with just sunglasses on and holding wads of cash in their hands. Must of been one hell of a celebration. And Sjon10, the one that trashed his irons, has not yet showed up to play his round at St. Andrews. I can tell you that this reporter is very interested in knowing how he plans to play without irons.

LuisCraveiro still holds a comfortable two shot lead for first place. But Dougsda and Zant both could take it from him with some outstanding play of their own. Also some of the big time Tour players have yet to show up to play any of their rounds. There is still plenty of golf left to be played for this week. So don't miss any of the action and tune in next time to find out where that cut-line just may fall. These stories and more. Until next time my friends. Goodnight.......Planet Earth!

Played the first round with Greg (Tanneralis), there was a disconnection after two holes so when we reconnected we played out the round and amended the scores.

Greg's score remained unchanged as he birdied 1 and made par on 2 the first time round and vice versa the 2nd time round, it didn't affect the overall score or birdie count score so I left it as was

Just played rd 1 with Stuffix. I had a 28 in a practice round about 10 minutes before I started the real thing. I did NOT repeat my practice performance, although it felt pretty good after birdies on the first 2....

If Yoda comes near me with a microphone, i swear... let's just say that he won't need to hold it anymore coz it'll be lodged so far down his throat that it'll be a permanent fixture, and his voice will be broadcast far and wide for eternity. lol...

From the medium tees, it's quite possible (with the right winds) to have 5-6 holes not using an iron. From there on, with the nike balls and the right wind, you can still stop the starter iron pretty quickly.

This was the hardest week so far for me to get right in terms of settings as I want each week to be challenging but still possible to score well if you're on form. Not many will better -4 to -5 on R2.
