  Dear Wgt, I have been playing for about a year and a half and I would like to share some thoughts. I have had the same issue's with the late meter for about a week. I asked for help and got no response. I have had issues with slow loads, jerkey meters like everyone else but the problem did cost me a number of balls. WGT should give everyone a sleeve to make it right. I got NO response from you! Is it to personal to have someone try to help me resolve the issues that where created out of no fault of my own. I find it amusing that when it comes time to POUND my credit card for credits the site works perfect every time. I would like to thank all my fellow golfers that helped me to correct my problem. I am not very educated when it comes to computers so my frustration level was very high so some personal  help would have been nice. WGT strike one and two. You are on thin ice make it right.

  if you're having meter issues try another browser. The latest version of flash is giving everyone headaches.

  Hi

  The issue happened last wed/;thurs when adobe updated flash. At that time our email system got overwhelmed with emails and forums have had 100 threads with identical issues.

  Few work arounds have been posted and I think it's much easier to follow threads/get helm from fellow players. We are still trying to catch up to the email inflow but if you got help from forums, then that's great:).

  Now, what I was thinking with my simple mind was this: What if you, WGT, posted some information about these issues, your findings and the various solutions? Maybe you could put it, again, sorry if the suggestion is amazingly stupid, maybe you could put it on YOUR HOMEPAGE?
  
  I was thinking, if people knew there was a problem, and a solution, then maybe they wont need to send you and and your colleagues an email. Maybe they do not need to create a new thread in the forum.
  
  Then, when your email inboxes are no longer flooded, you could maybe use your energy on something more creative than to copy and paste generic answers to the support request emails.

  Just a thought.

  second that .. seems like the very obvious thing to do ..

  effective communication remains an issue i believe .. the lifeblood of any company IMO .. love WGT by the way .. but T makes a good point ..

  agreed.

  we are working on them right now, hence why we started a thread to gather more information.

  hopefully soon :)

  I have not seen that thread, but it is about time. Currently all kind of different issues get mixed up and confused with each other and the suggestions for fixes start to change form and soon they will start to create new issues.

  i have been playing for 3 years and each year this game gets worse,what is you aim if every update makes the game worse not better?You dont fix bug reports,you are late when a problem arises,you send chain emails to every question,no complaint dept.No oversight of forums,you are taking in real money,so i know you are regulated by some commission,questions is which one?California gaming commission?If you take money without providing level playing field,you allow racist to spew hatred and you punish the victim instead of the criminal.Why should this site be allowed to continue?Maybe the FED should take a look into this site,because clearly there is no Oversight.I wish you would take the game back to the 5/1/12 update as this is when the best game online became something i could live without.

  I have learned not to update flash..Most things,If not all things you upload to make your pc run better .Seams to conflict with this game.
