    Shot, Kurt!

    strawbridgemicha:
Hi I have not heard back from Tonyturbo78 left a message on his wall,he has not been active recently. Perhaps i could team up with billcliffe  or who ever's on at my time,Regards Micha
That would be fine from our side.

Woodo and I teamed up today and played till the 11th, before family duties called him off. We stored all the screens from the front nine and will try to play the back nine on the weekend.

Woodo indicated that he doesn't want to commit to more games in this round if I understand him alright. Besides his duties he also had terrible meter/connection problems.

I'm eager to play with John, too, but we had no direct contact until now. John, please give me a note! Your morning window (local time) fits well to mine.

As I said, I can mark for one other player but probably not for two. Thus, if you contact Bill, Micha, we'll probably take care for as many competitors as possible. Once Tony shows up there will be a marker for him, too, hopefully.

I will submit the scorecard of my first complete round finished if you agree.

    It's gr8 fun, boys!

    CerinoDevoti:

Well Spino and I played our back 9 to the finish this time so I didn't have to blow a gasket again. We has some serious fun and played our butts off trying to keep it on the island. I'm going to list the front 9 from yesterday and today's back 9 as our score. We'll use today's stats because I hadn't thought of screen grabbing the stats after 9 holes yesterday like I did with the scorecard.

    Spino-76                           CD -70

Great going Cerino! That's an impressive Back9, and an 18 to match Kurtsbuford's. Well done for bouncing back from the frustrating site shutdown.

And Spino, that's a killer Av. Distance to the Pin (10.3ft.) Wow!

It's exciting to see these scores coming in. Let's see if we can get everyone's 1st round finished in the next couple of days.

That works for me! Thank Alosso, and thanks for your willingness to help connect people up.

I might be able to marker for anyone that needs it over the weekend, but only for my late nights (i.e. after 10pm PST) ... so if that's useful to anyone, even if perhaps only to get 9 holes played, let me know. I'll put my green light on.

I'm going to place some friendly reminders on people's WallPosts whom we haven't heard from. (Forgive me if you've already made contact, and it's just not visible)

CornerPocket30 and I just played our round. After we both started with bogeys I decided to try and hit the greens anywhere without looking at the flags whenever there was any risk (my average approach distance proves that lol). Got to say that seems to be the only way to keep the round alive in this very tough format. 4 sunk putts and some lucky safes resulted in a very solid 67. CornerPocket played a superb front 9, but began to just miss his par putts and the necessary spots on the back 9. Still a good 80. Was a very fun round, already looking forward to the next ones!

Cheers and thanks for organizing this,

Thanks for the report Hans, that's a great round and clearly a very advisable approach. I notice too, you really converted on the par 3s, a key to scoring well.

You've set the new mark, and proved that it is possible to go round under par. Congratulations!

Hey Corwyn and Cerino, if u r the organisers, my partner Billcliff for round 1 never shows up when I am on, so it doesn't look like I'll get it done, unless u can find me another partner real quick.
