An amazing Ryder Cup, Poulter i thought was the man of the hour, but i very much enjoyed watching the pairing of Mickelson and Keegan.
The American crowd ruined it a little for me, Golf can be considered the last bastion of 'gentlemanly" sport, and the Americans have kind of defiled this.
Also to the comment about the golf being inducted into the next olympics in Rio (which is happening) i think this is a bad decision. As an avid Olympic fan (attended the last 3 Olympic games) and Golf fan, it takes away from the glory of the olympic gold, if you lose people will say oh its not The Open or Masters, who cares, as they did with tennis when Murray won, the Federer camp said oh who cares its not a grand slam, give him one (jest, but still some truth). The Olympics should be reserved for sports where without a shadow of a doubt it is the greatest achievement in that sport. In football, golf and tennis there is a bigger prize some might say and it kind of takes away from the glory and concept of the games.
