Is it me or did wgt cut the lobby time in half?? :-D

  That's because it took you 2 1/2 minutes to close your browser and rejoin the group. You were the one disconnected. You don't always get the message. Sometimes you sit there wondering wtf before you decide to X out.  Been there.  :-)

  no that's not what happened.
  when I said "came back" I meant "thrown to",
  but I was in the middle of a round as I was writing this,
  so I wasn't paying attention.

  one of the players Xed us to the lobby,
  and that's when I saw the 2:30 clock.

  How in the world do you consider a scenario to answer your post a jab? I have seen exactly what you stated and I know why it happened to me. It's happened several times and is always because I took too long to recognize the game stopped communicating with the server.

  Look within, there's no jabbing going on. I edited the post so you would feel better.

  ok, I'll repeat it again, since you didn't get it the first time.

  I got KICKED into the lobby BY ANOTHER player.
  when that happened, we ALL saw 2:30 on the clock AT THE SAME FREAKING TIME.

  I THEN opened this thread while I was preoccupied with the ongoing round,
  and wrote, inadvertently, "came back" instead of "thrown to",
  this means I didn't do sh*t, k?

  so please a. don't patronize me,
  and b. don't decide for yourself who did what,
  when you have no idea since you weren't playing with us.

  Cut down to 2:30 is too much down.

  I have now 3 times been laeft alone in a 4-some game, because they cant make it back in time when wgt crashes.

  2 times game completely crashed down because the "host" got a disconnect, and could not make it back in time, refresh browser and restart game is im possible for us human, we are not computer you know!

  Set it to at least 4 minutes so elder ppl (90% of the users here) have a opportunity to get back before get punished in finished game %. The lobby is the best new thing we have got here, but ruin it by set the timer down is a step back.

  It is more often wgt-crashes than forfeit make their % low, forfeits done in turn doesnt sent us out in lobby!

  Careful, gmaster007, if more people find out about this they might think WGT actually listens to it's community and makes changes accordingly!

  Haha, all jokes aside - yep! We did change the Stroke Play game mode lobby. Enjoy :)

  the same folks that complained about the 5min time will be biotching about getting timed. lol!

   

  seriously this thing is a problem.  got clipped 3 times in the last 24hr with disconnect bugs and the last time it said the site was down for maint...

   

  this will never work because the % numbers just became meaning less.
