Nope.... not time efficient.
You get 400 for the 18 hole tourney.
Your shots we'll call it 65
CDP 800 for the first game
So you get 1265 for your first game and it takes about 35 mins.
Every game after that you get 465 in 35 mins
18 hole is the fastest way to go.
It takes at least an hour and a half for a four man alt. (I think I'm being very generous here, probably closer to 2 hours)
You could make 2195 XP in the same amount of time.
