How can you shoot 57 on 18, or 27 on 9 ??

  I think I am OK and enjoy WGT.. but .. best round ever is 68.  I see these scores that are so low.... am asking players who have done it... is it only when u get the best clubs and balls that this starts to happen??  Or am I mssing some "special" setting...???  Or at a certain level???   Cheers!

  You're missing the top equipment that these players use. Read the Game Tips in the forums and piece all the aspects of you're game together.

  Another thing is that you might need an auto-dinger to help out (good PC).

  lots of practice .. lots of rounds .. experience .. paying attention to detail .. good clubs .. good balls .. did i mention practice ? .. yeah, practice, practice, practice ..

  and it won't happen overnight .. this game ain't easy .. it's the most difficult you'll ever find .. as far as golf sim games go ..

  this comes down to 2 things: math & timing .. the results are inevitable 

  remember, you aren't exposed to fatigue or the weather .. you're not slogging a golf bag up & downhill for 7000yds ..

  it's really not that hard to understand ..

  yes....practice practice practice.

   

  Some trial and error and practice some more.  

   

  I find that I have to be in a certain frame of mind to play well....which isn't all that often.  But those few low scores, I can say that I was in a zone.  

   

  If you'd like, you and your other hogfray trio of friends, should look me up for a game.  You all joined right around the same time , so you probably all would have similar questions and I would be more than willing to offer any tips during a round of golf and laughs.   That's what it is all about for me.

  I believe he's implying the use of a good computer.

  I'm training my auto dinger now. Have my youngest grand son (16 mos) on my lap. He is one fast little dude. I say now and he clicks the mouse. Getting a lot of practice. If he hits a ding he yells oh yeah.
