  Dos anyone know if theres a 24/7 live chat room avilable to mke contact with WGT as they don't seem toeply to emails?

  This is my last attempt to try and make contact with WGT regardng missing credits before i contact Paypal to make a claim back for my money.

  Could it be it is going to a spam folder? I have had legit emails automatically gone there...check just in case.

  Not going to a spam folder.

  The reply i got on the 1/11/12 was for an error report i made from weeks ago and not for the missing credits!!

  FYI

  I've been onto WilliamHill about this offer and they said they know nothing about this free credit offer from WGT and that i should contact yourselves about it.

  Don't know why they would say that?

  I suspect they know nothing about because you talked with william hill customer support for william hill customers. These are likely via their marketing department which outsourced it to a 3rd party, like trial page. The best way is to contact them, as we do not have any way of tracking these.

  I spoke with our CSR support earlier today and they did not receive any other emails since then, so if there is another issue, please send them an email again.
